Great show, HORRIBLE venue
The venue was amazing, but the performers were terrible. Through text only communication with a supervisor, we were told it was against NC law to give out “free drinks.” We were given seats in Deck 4 with special wristbands, but were denied the food and drinks. We paid $99 extra a ticket, purchased 2 tickets, for Deck 4 which was to include unlimited drinks and food. Multiple complaints were made, and there was never a resolution. DO NOT let PNC Pavilion take your money! I would have spent that money on closer seats, instead we spent $198 on NOTHING… and Then had to pay $14 for a beer and $20 for a cheeseburger and fries.
